Concept Development

What is it?

Concept is the Idea from which all other ideas form. It's the spark and essence of a project.

We constantly ask. How do you know that your idea is the best that it can be?
We aim not go give you the best ideas, but to facilitate the conditions for them to come through you; To make what you see in your mind's eye and what the rest of us see, one and the same.

Why is it useful?

Our corporate minds say "talk about the importance of differentiation and having no competition", but if you're here, chances are you already know that, so we'd rather talk about quality:

Ideas are to culture what genes are to biology. We can say that an idea –or  meme– is the fundamental unit of culture, and, just like genes, there is such a thing as good memes and bad memes.

Good ideas push culture forward. Bad ideas hold it back. It is the creators' duty to aim for the former.

Good for:

- Anyone shaping an idea, brand or intellectual property from scratch
- Entrepreneurs at all stages
- Engineers and technically-oriented builders

Brand Strategy

What is it?

If concept is the "why" of a project, strategy is the "how".

Set objectives, research and gain understanding about the essential moving parts of your project and the people you want to reach.

Strategy is an iterative feedback loop, where assumptions are tested and the acquired knowledge is used to inform future decisions.

Why is it useful?

Understanding your project as a "machine" and being able to zoom in and out allows for better informed decision making, and better decision making leads to better outcomes.

Because even if things rarely go according to plan, it's always better to have a plan.
"What gets measured gets managed" - Peter M. Drucker

Good for:

Brands and projects preparing to launch or re-launch a product or service.
Periodical goal-setting, tracking and measuring.

Comms Strategy

Level 3: Broadcasting

Comms Strategy

What is it?

Forget marketing, give substance instead.

Amplify the reach and substance of your message and explore tactics to reach your target audience.
Create a framework for content development tailored to the natural flow of your operations, and increase the chances of getting your message out.

"Where is your audience? How do you engage with them? What valuable information can we give them access to? How will we do this?" Are amongst the questions we seek to find the answers too.

Why is it useful?

In a world flooded with noise, it is one's duty to become a beacon that is easy to identify.
The relationship Facilitate the pathways for connection with our tribe, whoever they might be.
Human connection is an essential aspect to brand building. Having a strategy for reaching out increases the pathways of human connection.

Good for:

Any project or brand seeking for ways to connect with their "tribe" and amplify their message.

Product R&D

Level 4: Dreamcasting

Product R&D

What is it?

Your own R&D for innovation.
Conceptualization, design and business research combined into a comprehensive "arm" to help you prototype and shape any idea into a meaningful brand experience.

Why is it useful?

Be it products or services, a brand and its users' needs evolve over time. Keeping an edge is essential for every thriving brand. This doesn't mean the "gimmicky" edge, purely based on "style".

Most companies try to keep their edge through marketing campaigns, but we bet on putting that time and effort into creating meaningful and useful experiences for your customers and tribes. Product Development is about designing "the machine" that makes this happen.

Good for:

Shaping unified brand experiences
Prototyping Digital and Physical products and services
Customer Service obsessives

Visual Development

Level 1: Foundational

Visual Development

What is it?

Visual development explores the aesthetic potentials of your project and helps you refine and synthesize until it 'feels' like that is IT.

It's about turning concepts and research into worlds and symbols that get to the essence of your intellectual property.

Why is it useful?

Images give us context and meaning at the speed of emotion. This makes them a powerful tool for communication and shaping experiences, but there is also something very important about creating beautiful things even when they are "not needed". That is because the more beauty one creates, the more beauty gets to exist in the world.

Good for:

Entrepreneurs and artists at all stages

Brand ID Systems

Level 2: Launchpad

Brand ID Systems

What is it?

A kit of parts (such as symbols, shapes, colors, text, etc), preferably modular, that is reusable and sets the parameters of use across the multiple "touchpoints" of your brand.

In practice, that means: Standardized identity guideliness for colorways, typefaces, materials, copywriting, key art, layouts, templates and so on...

Why is it useful?

It creates a sense of harmony across your brand applications and it facilitates the generation of new materials. It's like having a set of legos for your visual identity.

Good for:

Brands with multiple points of human contact (social media, IRL, corporate, press, etc)
Brands and projects distributing information across multiple channels.
Projects who heavily rely on visual communication and templates.

Motion & Animation

Motion & Animation

What is it?

Bring your brand's world to life with motion graphics and 2d animation.

Why is it useful?

It's not essential for all brands, but very useful for those in media and the digital realm. Motion has an expressive language as much as visual forms have a shape language. Knowing how to your brand "expresses" itself opens up a new world of possibilities for shaping user experiences.

Good for:

- Useful for delivering information in digital media specific types of projects, like video games, film, apps, etc.
- Media companies
- Data Visualization

CGI & 3D Asset Dev

What is it?

From product visualization assets to design and development of virtual worlds and the things that live in them. Packaged and ready to use according to format needs.

Why is it useful?

If you want to reach higher levels of interaction or create richer brand experiences like product configurators, this is useful.

Good for:

- Immersive digital storefronts
- Interactive storytelling
- Game studios needing support in asset production
- Media channels and data visualization.

UX/UI Design

UX/UI Design

What is it?

Visualize and Design meaningful digital experiences for your users.

Use research and data to inform your understanding of what a project needs, mix it with what you want your users to "feel" and iterate your way towards authentic and useful products and artifacts.

UX talks about the non-tangible and conceptual aspects of the experience; the foundation. UI uses such foundation, gives it a "face" and makes it tangible.

Why is it useful?

Interfaces (physical and digital) shape the human experience. They not only give context and meaning, but can also intuitively guide the experiencer through their journey along the path you want them to take.

Good for:

- Brands and Builders aiming to "interact" with their users in the digital realm
- Apps, games, dashboards and data visualizations.
- Internet Commerce

Webflow Development

Webflow Development

What is it?

Develop bespoke websites, from landing pages to blogs and online stores in a platform that allows for non-designers and non-coders to edit, add and manipulate the contents of a site.

Why is it useful?

Webflow is useful because it takes care of the time, skill and monetary costs associated with setting up your own server and backend. It allows you to ship fast and interact with your audience from the early stages of your project.

It covers all the bases for brands and projects whose needs are mainly to communicate their product/service and don't need complex data structures.

Good for:

- Marketing sites, e-commerce, blogs.
- Brands and projects in early stages.

Front End Dev

Level 3: Broadcasting
INCLUDED IN:

Front End Dev

What is it?

Make digital products that scale by building re-usable components and UI Systems based on fundamental web primitives (Html, CSS, Javascript) and web application frameworks like React.

Why is it useful?

Brands are best seen as living entities, and as such, they benefit greatly from having systems that can grow and evolve with them. This becomes essential when it comes to digital products and services.

In the long term, the development of such systems can increase the speed of iteration while decreasing production costs and helping the brand builders gain higher quality knowledge about their users, products and/or services.

We believe websites have an underestimated potential of becoming  "brand intelligence platforms".

Good for:

- Integrating UI development with your engineering team
- Mobile, web apps and scalable digital infrastructure
- Digital brand "hubs"
- Videogames
- Complex data interactions

AR/VR/XR

AR/VR/XR

What is it?

It is the future of how we interface not just with computers, but with the world. A dream that has existed for more than half a century is finally materializing and the potential is endless. What will you make?

Why is it useful?

It lets your users go from passive observers to active players in your world.

It's the thread that blurs the barrier between the physical and the digital, between fact and fiction.
Create immersive shopping experiences that make users feel like they're there, make tools that enhance our daily lives, or create 'awe' through living worlds and breathing stories.

Good for:

- Interactive shopping experiences
- Data Visualization and dashboards
- Creative Storytelling
- AR/VR experiences
- Data Visualization

Packaging & Merch

What is it?

Design and research production-ready packaging and memorabilia for your project. From printed media like posters, books cards or t-shirts, to more complex design work like packaging for physical products and then some.

Why is it useful?

Us humans crave touch. The things we like, feel more "real" once we can touch or hold them. Think of CDs and Spotify, the "product" does the same, but have you ever walked with excitement with your brand-new Spotify playlist? Have you ever cherished it or got lost inside the "description" like you used to do with a booklet? Or probably you don't even like music, but you have had a poster, a t-shirt, a keychain or "charm" that was special to you and symbolized something beyond the object itself; an experience, an idea, a person. And that is why physical matter still matters.

Good for:

- Merch and goodies for you and your tribe
- Marketing and advertising materials
- Story-based Intellectual property (but really, any IP)
- Exploring the physicality of a brand

Ad & Editorial

What is it?

Set the tone and mood of the spaces inhabited by your brand, its community and customers. Visualize your ideas in form and function before handing them to your project to developers.

We do research about spaces, needs, materials, lighting, furniture, etc, and then we bring it all together so you can make better informed decisions.

Why is it useful?

Brands in the physical world can gain a massive edge by shaping the spaces where they interact with their audience, customers, tribe, etc. The design of a space should be informed by its needs, and when those needs are addressed correctly, people may not be able to tell why, but they will feel good in your space, and making people feel good is not only good for business, but for human connection.

Good for:

- Retail and physical commerce
- Hospitality
- Exhibitions
- Playgrounds

Spatial Design

What is it?

Don't just live in the world. Create it.

Design the spaces that your brand and tribe inhabit and give experiences filled with intent. Visualizing your ideas in form and function before handing them to project developers.

We do research on spaces, needs, materials, lighting, furniture, etc, and bring it all together in technical and aesthetic detail, according to your specs.

Why is it useful?

The physical world rules. It is the interface of the senses, and because of it, a great opportunity to create experiences that not just communicate who you are, but immerse others in your world.

Good when you need:

  • Wayfinding
  • Retail + Storefronts
  • Office and Studios
  • Hospitality
  • Playgrounds

Industrial Design

What is it?

Building a new gadget, music instrument or simply want to do something fun, like a toy?  Get to Ideate, design and prototype your next big idea.

Why is it useful?

Good marketing can help you sell for a month or two, but brands rise or fall to the level of their products.  And while we don't claim to be a specialized industrial design powerhouse like FuseProject, we sure can help you materialize and build on the ideas that live in your mind, because the sooner you can start testing, the better informed decisions you will take as you iterate towards your dream-build.

Good for:

- Inventors and engineers
- Hardware-based startups
- Toy and "gadget" companies
- Story-based I.Ps and entertainment

1 — CRAFT

Craft is our skillset. We think of each skill as a tool in the bigger toolbox we call Creative Production.

This toolbox is divided into themes (Brand ID, Visual ID, etc) and arranges each skill into "Levels" that follow a logical evolution in the (creative) development of a brand, product or service.

Each level reflects both the creative development process and the increasing specialization required.

Think of this as a "modular" toolbox, in which the skills (or tools) you use are dictated by your current needs, where skills are interdependent and not always hierarchical.

WE HAVE GROUPED THESE SKILLS INTO TWO TIERS FOR YOU TO CHOOSE:

Initiation

Levels 1 & 2:

From concept to strategy, visual development and the shaping of essential touch points, Initiation covers all the bases for any starting business or project.

Initiation is also great for founders and shapers who have deep knowledge in specific areas of their project but need assistance with the general brand interface. Embrace iterative collaboration to build a solid foundation for your brand or I.P. and watch its evolution unfold.

When/if you need more, you can Dreamcast.

Dreamcasting

Levels 1 to 4:

Go from brand building to world building. Craft and ship meaningful experiences for your users, customers and fans, utilizing the powers of imagination and deep expertise, unbounded by technology.

This tier provides a deeper involvement in the development of products and services themselves. We become an extended R&D arm  and facilitate visualization and protyping of physical and digital objects, tools, systems, you name it.

With more skills, more possibilities. It is up for you to choose. Need an animated short for your next launch? A working prototype of your next app? Or perhaps you need to develop an army of assets for your next video game? The creative territory becomes yours to define.

What makes Dreamcasting magical, is our growing network of talents with deep expertise who join projects as needed. This is how we can guarantee that Anything You Want is actually possible.

Beta Testing

Dreamcasting members get the benefit of our internal R&D at their disposal.

We are hungry exploring useful applications of AI and blockchain technologies for intellectual property development and management. So feel free to shoot your challenges and let's brainstorm ideas on how to solve them in novel ways.

Current areas of exploration include:
- Knowledge bases/Intelligent dashboards
- Conversational AI systems
- Advanced visual content development
- Digital asset provenance and ownership
- _Your innovation needs here_

2 — Energy

Energy is our currency. Time ALLOWS FOR things TO happen, energy makes them happen.

We provide TWO TIERS OF ENERGY: GENERATOR AND REACTOR, based on two key variables; Output and Connection.

Output is how much we deliver. Connection is how much we communicate. We believe both are crucial for making things happen.

Generator

Generator is steady fuel. Perfect for long-term goals or mid-range timelines, where you don't need a sprint as long as you have consistent movement.

The things that can be done in a month are plenty if the vision and action are aligned. We have built  visual brand identities –from concept to asset– in the span of a month–or 8 Checkpoints.

Reactor

Reactor is creative acceleration.  It's for fast movers, tight loops and small teams with big momentum.
You get twice the task bandwidth and extended connection. We become prolific machines.

Reactor is where pace meets pressure—and we thrive in both.

Checkpoints

What both tiers have in common is a constant flow of work delivered twice a week, in which we call every delivery day a "Checkpoint".

Checkpoints are delivered to you via e-mail or your preferred messaging platform, and feedback is also received via e-mail, text or voice messengers and phone calls. We adapt to your communication style.

Default delivery days are Tuesday and Friday (since it's more likely that you won't be as bombarded by life–and therefore more clear-headed– on these days compared to other work-days), but we are flexible: any two-day cadence between Monday–Saturday can be arranged.

Tasks

You decide the goals. We break them down.

Larger objectives (like crafting a brand's visual identity) are defined as "goals" and are broken into "chunks" and then split into "tasks".

Some examples:

A flyer = 1 Checkpoint to deliver,
A homepage design = 2 Checkpoints
A functional front-edng = up to 4 Checkpoints

By default, we tackle one task per Checkpoint in Generator. In Reactor, you can double that –working on two tasks in parallel or achieving a "goal" twice as fast.

Remote Viewing

Remote viewing is the weekly (or biweekly) "meeting", the briefing call, the zoom session.

Think of it as mission control. We sync, brainstorm, strategize, you name it.

One session per week is included. Reactor includes the option for two.

Not every founder loves meetings—we get it.  But even short, focused contact can spark alignment, motivation and creative breakthroughs. That's why we recommend taking this thread alive.

Phone Line

The phone line is open for any collaborator during the working hours of every working day:

Monday-Saturday, 9:00 - 18:00 PST

Should you need an extended schedule, the option is available on Reactor

Messaging

Keep the conversation going. We are reachable via your preferred messaging platforms during working hours.

Monday-Saturday
9:00 - 18:00 PST

If you'd prefer an asynchronous schedule, Reactor supports this.

3 — Devotion

WE HAVE vows and conditions for collaboration. HERE to keep things clear — and keep them sacred. PLEASE HAVE A READ.

Beyond Transactional

Commitment is not just an agreement to trade money for time. It’s a mutual vow to show up, stay sharp, and build meaningful things — together.

Commitment to the work, to the relationship, to doing what it takes — and saying what needs to be said.
And most importantly, commitment to only work on things we believe in.

Why Apply First?

We’re limiting our “Anything You Want” member seats to just 3 at a time. Not out of scarcity — but to protect quality.

Being selective is about alignment. Solid creative partnerships only work when there’s mutual trust, shared ambitions, and compatibility.

We believe in the compounding magic of long games. When you get better, we get better — and vice versa. This goes way beyond the transactional. A tribe of obsessive talents creating meaningful work — that’s the real prize.

From our end you should expect:

  • Work delivered as promised on the defined Checkpoint days.
  • Transparent communication: We’ll say what we think — and why. Even if it contradicts your views. Always respectfully.
  • Accountability on mistakes: Earn discounts or extra deliveries when our errors cost you time.
  • Responsiveness: "Unreachable" should never be a concern during working hours.
  • A human relationship: Work ethics and genuine connection should not be at odds with each other.

From your end we expect:

  • Clarity about your goals: A willingness to express what you're truly trying to achieve, not just what you think is possible
  • Fast feedback: Progress dies in silence. Keep the loop tight.
  • To challenge us fearlessly: We take feedback seriously, never personally.
  • Respect: For our time, boundaries, and the invisible labor that makes things click.
  • To be unapologetically YOU.

ITERATIVE CREATIVE PRODUCTION

Most people think of design as the aesthetic layer that makes things look “nice”. Winning founders know better. They treat it as the substance of their work and use it as infrastructure, running parallel to –and as a part of– product development. They lead by design.

Anything You Want is a creative accelerator for founders at the fringe. Membership grants access to a dedicated design unit embedded in your operations. We call it Iterative Creative Production.

  • IT'S ITERATIVE because it evolves along with your needs. Instead of artificial project boundaries, we work in monthly cycles and you can pause, cancel, pivot, upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime.
  • IT'S CREATIVE because it seeks form, fun and function. We use imagination and knowledge to make new and useful things.
  • IT'S PRODUCTION because you, the founder, are the real creative director; We as producers, bring craft, energy and devotion in service of your vision, helping you shape experiences that make intuitive sense.

Our capacity is limited to a maximum of 3 active memberships. If all seats are taken you can still apply and be added to our waitlist.

Welcome!
